Processing

Before ships out we conduct Quality Control checks in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The average processing time approximately 3 business days. However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. For popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the processing time may be 5-10 business days.

Delivery

We recommend you have your package sent to a location where someone can receive and or sign for your package. At the time of check out, you will find a list of shipping services available to your area. Below is an explanation of those services:

Standard / Ground / Promotional Shipping:  Allow up to 10-30 Business Days

Expedited Shipping: UPS/FedEx/DHL

Postal Service: USPS Priority Mail /USPS Priority Mail Express

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 10-30 business days depending on the shipping method you choose.

We reserve the right to select the best shipping provider for ground and expedited shipping methods.

Shipping Charges

In the event that you incorrectly enter your address, or don't give enough information, you are responsible for any fees associated with revisions, corrections or additions.

In the event of an undeliverable shipment, incorrectly entering your shipping address, or a refused package, shipping charges will not be refunded and actual return shipping costs may be incurred if the package is shipped back to us.
